Scalable fire and emergency support is delivered for commercial organisations, infrastructure operators, government agencies, land managers and principal contractors, combining personnel, vehicles, plant, equipment, planning and operational management in a single deployment model.
That covers dedicated fire protection teams, fire watch and patrol, initial fire response, emergency communications and escalation, shutdown and high-risk activity coverage, remote-area support, and incident and scene support.
Uniformed, trained crews
Uniformed staff are deployed with training and certification matched to the requirements of the contract. Crews hold significant experience in remote and challenging area solutions, including Remote Area Fire Team (RAFT) work, and are cross-trained across Security and Emergency Medical Technician roles where a site calls for it.
Uniforms, vehicles, plant and equipment are set up for efficiency in remote fire and rescue response, and to present professionally to site personnel and visitors.
Drills and training for your own team
Training programs are run for a client’s own Emergency Response Team, increasing response capacity and reducing both the likelihood and the severity of incidents. Programs cover first response fire fighting, wildfire awareness, communications, vehicular rescue, high-angle rescue and spill response.

EMAction
Field safety, digitally supported
Real-time incident and emergency management, and the digital field-safety platform used across the group. Traccorp and EMTRAC deployments can be supported by EMAction, providing an additional digital safety and operational layer for personnel operating in remote and challenging environments. In buildings and venues it provides QR check-in, warden communications, live mapping, PEEP registers and audit trails aligned with AS 3745 and AS 4083.
