Risk & Resilience
Supporting stronger decisions, safer environments and more confident leadership
Risk and resilience are at the heart of Emcorp’s work — helping organisations anticipate disruption, plan with purpose and respond with control.
The four services in this stream
Risk Management. Assessment, analysis and audit services that provide visibility over your organisation’s exposure, obligations and operational vulnerabilities.
Crisis Management and Response. Support before, during and after critical events — from leadership coaching and crisis plan development to real-time advisory and recovery support.
Business Continuity and Recovery. Prepare your organisation to maintain essential services and bounce back faster after disruption, with tailored continuity plans and scalable recovery frameworks.
Safety and Security Risk Management. Identify threats, enhance workplace safety and develop site-specific security strategies that support both prevention and practical response.
How the work is scoped
Engagements are tailored rather than templated, shaped to fit the environment, risk profile and operational goals of the organisation. Services support obligations under AS 3745, AS 4083, WHS legislation and industry, region and country-specific codes.

The digital layer
RMI
Site risk and compliance records
A cloud-based platform for managing site-specific risk and operational data, enabling incident logging, documentation access and compliance monitoring.
EMAction
Field safety, digitally supported
Real-time incident and emergency management, and the digital field-safety platform used across the group. Traccorp and EMTRAC deployments can be supported by EMAction, providing an additional digital safety and operational layer for personnel operating in remote and challenging environments. In buildings and venues it provides QR check-in, warden communications, live mapping, PEEP registers and audit trails aligned with AS 3745 and AS 4083.
