Classrooms and briefing space, residential accommodation, engine and vehicle bays, and bushland field areas — all on the one Hunter Valley property. Briefing and classroom space is on site, so theory and the field exercise happen in the same day.
The resource base
Training draws on the same appliances, plant and equipment used operationally, subject to program requirements and availability:

- Classrooms — briefing and classroom space on site
- Accommodation options — residential accommodation with communal living and dining areas
- Engine and vehicle bays — covered bays holding the appliances and plant used in training
- Storage facilities — secure storage for equipment, PPE and program materials
- Fixed infrastructure — permanent site infrastructure, not a temporary set-up
- Large field areas and bushland — open ground and bushland for field training
